Accomplishments and looking forward. The E-Board is looking for things that the club has accomplished during 2024. Looking forward we are looking to increase our ranks. The club has shown what it can do and is highly respected in the community. If you know anyone that might be interested in joining our club, give them an application and let them know what we are about. We will be talking to Debbie Meehan and asking her for a larger ad space in the Colonia Corner. Wayne Collins thought it would be a clever idea to advertise on channel 35.

CPR-AED Wayne Collins. Wayne is checking to see why some members have not received their cards. Wayne is looking into the next class for those who want to certify. We currently have twenty-two members certified. There is a list of certified members on a clipboard near the AED.

9-Ball Joe Keber reported that ten weeks have passed, and everything is going well. There are two weeks left in the season. If the second 8-ball league team joins the CJSBL we will maintain two sessions of the 9-ball league next year.

Ed Hodan Day: Steve reported that after two appearances this year Ed has won forty-two games and lost one on an eight on the break to Wayne Collins.

League matches. Lou Algaze / Ron Blackwell the league is currently on a holiday break. The team is at three wins and two losses and hopes to have a winning second half of the season. Evelyn Mercado has a list of members that want to enter a second team in the CJSBL. The E-Board will decide on the second team next year.

Toy Drive Extravaganza: The toy drive is nearing the end. We will be bagging toys on the sixteenth and distributing the toys on the nineteenth and twenty-first. Pat said that we collected more toys this year than ever before and invited the membership to look in studio “B” after the meeting to see all the toys. Pat read a list of names of the club members that help with the toy drive extravaganza.

Nolan tournament: The tournament committee will be meeting on January eighth to schedule who will oversee the Nolan tournament in March. Reminder: to be eligible to move into a different tier you must participate in a minimum of three major tournaments over a two-year period. We are looking for a sponsor to replace the Zirpolo tournament. The new sponsor will rename the tournament. Bob Wardlow asked what the cost is to sponsor the tournament. It would take between $350. and $400.00 to purchase the trophies.

New Business – Steve: Ron Blackwell would like to see more participation at the club, there used to be more players in the afternoon When there were less members.
